About the role
As a Client Management Lead at Royal Bank of Scotland International, you will be the primary contact for Institutional Banking customers in Luxembourg, driving transaction origination and delivering customer‑focused outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Define and agree on commercial strategy with the Business Head, maintaining senior client relationships.
- Lead end‑to‑end strategic relationships and expand impact across the franchise product suite.
- Drive transaction origination, internal stakeholder engagement and excellent customer experience.
- Represent RBSI at industry events, build a strategic network and promote the business profile.
Required profile
- Strong strategic capability and proven origination experience at director level.
- Deep knowledge of the external marketplace, alternative providers and macro‑economic outlook.
- Ability to influence, negotiate and network with internal and external stakeholders.
- Well‑established network across the bank and strong interpersonal skills.
