Transfer Agency Oversight Officer

About the role

The Transfer Agency Oversight Officer will support the delivery of superior EMEA transfer agency (TA) services, ensuring that third‑party agents (TPAs) meet agreed service levels, regulatory requirements and provide excellent client service to Invesco’s distribution partners.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the quality and timeliness of TPAs, ensuring compliance with SLAs, KPIs and client‑service standards.
• Execute TA operational activities within defined procedures, timelines and regulatory frameworks.
• Act as the first point of contact for technical or business‑as‑usual issues between Invesco Luxembourg, TPAs and internal delegates.
• Monitor performance against targets, trigger remedial actions or escalations when needed.
• Facilitate open communication channels with TPAs and internal partners to maintain high service standards.
• Participate in service review meetings to address regulatory breaches, SLA breaches and quality issues.
• Provide escalation support for queries from TPAs and internal business partners, involving functional management as required.

Required profile

• Experience in transfer agency operations or a related financial services environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑identification skills to flag issues for escalation.
• Ability to manage relationships with external agents and internal stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of regulatory and procedural guidelines governing TA activities.
• Effective communication skills for reporting actions, decisions and performance metrics.
