About the role
Join Global Funds Management S.A. as a six‑month trainee and gain hands‑on experience in asset management, risk, compliance, or legal functions. You will work closely with senior staff, supporting daily operations and contributing to key reporting and governance activities.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in creating and reviewing control, performance, and ad‑hoc reports.
- Support day‑to‑day operations, including market and fund data collection, daily controls, and preparation of management approvals.
- Help organise board, management, and investment committee meetings.
- Support risk‑management and compliance functions, including the Compliance Monitoring Plan.
- Assist in preparing risk‑management and performance reports.
- Review investment‑fund procedures and update fund operation manuals.
- Contribute to AML/KYC processes and other compliance controls.
- Participate in project work and attend relevant meetings.
Required profile
- Master‑level studies in Finance or Law with a school/university convention.
- Knowledge of asset management, compliance, or investment funds is a plus.
- Strong command of English.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Team‑oriented attitude and enthusiasm.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
