Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner based in Luxembourg. The role offers remote flexibility while providing access to global hiring opportunities across technology, engineering, and business functions. You will independently manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes and collaborate with a supportive network of recruitment professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to final placement.
• Translate client hiring needs into effective sourcing strategies.
• Identify, attract, and evaluate qualified candidates for technical and business roles.
• Conduct recruiter interviews to assess technical alignment, experience, and motivation.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Build and maintain long‑term talent pipelines and candidate relationships.
• Ensure high‑quality candidate submissions that meet role requirements.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to improve hiring efficiency and success rates.
• Handle multiple open positions simultaneously while preserving a strong candidate experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search.
• Ability to work independently and manage several searches at once.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with both candidates and clients.
• Familiarity with recruiting for software engineering, AI, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, data engineering, and product management roles.
• Deep understanding of technical profiles and the capacity to assess candidate fit.
