Tax & Regulatory Monitoring Trainee

About the role

PwC Luxembourg is looking for a motivated trainee to join its Tax and Regulatory Intelligence team. The position offers a 6‑month to 1‑year internship where you will support the monitoring of tax and regulatory developments across Luxembourg, Europe and the international arena.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily monitoring of regulatory updates from government sites, EU institutions and industry publications.
• Collect, verify and integrate relevant information into internal platforms and communication channels.
• Track changes in tax legislation across sectors and inform technical teams of potential impacts.
• Contribute to newsletters, reports and briefings to keep stakeholders up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain knowledge‑sharing channels.
• Improve monitoring and reporting processes using Excel, PowerPoint and Alteryx.

Required profile

• Master’s student in Law, Taxation, Finance, Economics or Business Administration.
• Available for a 6‑month or 1‑year internship as part of your studies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
• Attention to detail, analytical mindset and proactive attitude.
• Interest in Luxembourg’s regulatory environment is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with Alteryx (preferred).
