Legal Counsel

About the role

As the Legal Counsel you will be the primary legal point of contact for a privately owned international group and family office based in Luxembourg, supporting both local entities and cross‑border matters.

Key responsibilities

• Review and strengthen the existing legal framework across the group, identifying gaps and ensuring proper documentation.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, intercompany contracts, general terms and other corporate documents.
• Manage contracts, renewals, powers of attorney and recurring legal documentation.
• Oversee the legal and contractual aspects of transfer pricing and intra‑group financing in close collaboration with Finance.
• Monitor legislative changes, translate them into practical recommendations and proactively flag legal risks.
• Coordinate with external counsel and specialist advisers when needed.

Required profile

• Solid experience in corporate and commercial law within an international group, family office or business‑oriented law firm.
• Strong understanding of contracts, corporate matters and intercompany relationships.
• Exposure to transfer pricing documentation, intra‑group financing or international corporate structures.
• Comfortable working across jurisdictions and coordinating with local specialists.
• Excellent command of English; additional European language is a plus.
