Tax Manager - Dutch speaker

About the role

We are seeking a Tax Manager who is fluent in Dutch to join an international investment group based in Luxembourg. The role offers the chance to work autonomously while collaborating closely with senior leadership on complex corporate and international tax matters.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and support tax compliance activities across the group.
• Provide solutions to corporate and international tax issues.
• Proactively advise on internal tax optimisation opportunities.
• Prepare tax returns independently, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure timely submission of all relevant tax information.
• Review tax assessments and liaise with tax authorities when required.
• Prepare documentation in line with government regulations.
• Stay up to date with evolving tax legislation through continuous learning.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Tax Law, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in corporate tax and/or international tax planning.
• Strong knowledge of Luxembourg tax regulations.
• Proactive, analytical, and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English and a good level of Dutch.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Discreet handling of confidential information.
