Tax Manager – Corporate Tax & Compliance

About the role

Join a well‑established international law firm in Luxembourg as a Tax Manager. You will own a portfolio of international clients, handling complex corporate tax compliance in a highly regulated environment while working closely with tax authorities and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and file corporate tax returns for Luxembourg entities.
• Ensure compliance with Luxembourg tax laws and statutory reporting obligations.
• Act as primary contact with tax authorities and external stakeholders on compliance matters.
• Identify, assess and mitigate tax risks.
• Support accounting teams to align tax and accounting reporting.
• Participate in tax compliance and regulatory projects.
• Contribute to governance and administration of client entities.
• Provide guidance on tax compliance developments and best practices.
• Assist with indirect tax and VAT issues when required.

Required profile

• Degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, Law or a related field.
• 5–7 years of corporate tax compliance experience in Luxembourg.
• Strong knowledge of Luxembourg corporate tax regulations and reporting obligations.
• Ability to identify tax risks and propose practical solutions.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and their interaction with tax matters.
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
