Business Controller – Finance & Performance

About the role

Leasys is seeking a Business Controller to join its Finance team in Leudelange, Luxembourg. In this highly visible role you will provide financial insight, support strategic decisions and help shape the future of the business, working closely with senior management and Group Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse business performance, profitability and KPIs, delivering actionable recommendations.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, periodic forecasts and develop financial models for strategic initiatives.
• Analyse variances between actual results, budgets and forecasts, identifying risks and corrective actions.
• Coordinate monthly closing activities, analyse P&L, balance sheet and cash‑flow developments, and prepare management reports and dashboards.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects, support process optimisation, automation and Business Intelligence tool development.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and support internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Strong business mindset with the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights.
• Experience in financial planning & analysis, budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
• Excellent analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with senior leaders across the organisation.
