Valuation & Modelling Senior Manager – Infrastructure & Private Markets

About the role

PwC Luxembourg is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Valuation & Modelling Services for infrastructure and private market investments. You will work with top‑tier alternative investment managers, institutional investors and multinational corporations, providing independent valuations and financial models across the investment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver independent valuations and reviews of investment portfolios, businesses, complex securities and intangible assets.
• Support financial and investor reporting, regulatory compliance, governance and strategic decision‑making.
• Collaborate with the Assurance practice on valuation matters within audit engagements.
• Engage with investment professionals, valuation committees, risk teams, boards, external auditors and regulators.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to the development of the valuation team’s methodology and best practices.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in valuation, financial modelling and investment analysis within private markets.
• Background in infrastructure, private equity, venture capital, private debt, real estate or related alternative asset classes.
• Proven ability to communicate complex valuation concepts to senior stakeholders.
• Strong academic credentials in finance, economics or a related discipline.
