Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full‑cycle recruitment for a range of corporate and banking functions. Working closely with hiring managers and HR partners, you will ensure a seamless candidate experience while attracting top talent for our client.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for Front, Middle, and Back Office positions, from briefing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define hiring strategies.
• Create and manage job advertisements on internal and external platforms.
• Source high‑quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, building talent pipelines for hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies when needed.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews, assess candidates, and provide objective recommendations.
• Coordinate reference checks, prepare offers, negotiate compensation, and guide candidates through the offer stage.
• Represent the organization at recruitment events, job fairs, and university partnerships.
• Support employer branding initiatives and ensure compliance with internal policies and Luxembourg regulations.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System and monitor recruitment metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of the Luxembourg employment market and labour legislation (advantageous).
• Ability to recruit across diverse functions and seniority levels while handling multiple vacancies.
