Supervisor – Fund Accounting (Private Equity/Real Estate)

About the role

Citco is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead fund accounting activities for Private Equity and Real Estate clients. You will ensure accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports, oversee NAV pack delivery, and act as a key liaison with auditors, tax advisors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise accounting for funds and capital‑markets clients, including monthly/quarterly reporting and annual accounts.
• Review and manage NAV packs, ensuring timely, high‑quality deliverables.
• Back‑up the Capital Markets accounting team for securitisation vehicles.
• Conduct service review calls and evaluate outsourced service providers against KRIs and KPIs.
• Perform management fee, carried interest, waterfall and investor allocation calculations.
• Liaise with tax advisors on VAT returns and corporate taxes.
• Ensure compliance with Luxembourg regulations, internal policies and complete risk assessments.
• Review limited partnership agreements, PPMs and implement fund structures in the accounting system.
• Prepare periodic regulatory filings and act as primary contact for auditors.
• Coordinate with onboarding, investor relations, corporate secretary and business development teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance or Accounting with a proven track record in fund accounting.
• Strong understanding of Luxembourg fund structures and Lux GAAP.
• 4+ years of experience in Private Equity and/or Real Estate fund accounting.
• Ability to work autonomously while recognizing when to seek assistance.
