Senior Vice President, Client Services – Private Equity

About the role

Citco is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead Client Services for its private‑equity portfolio. In this senior position you will shape the client‑service strategy, nurture relationships with C‑suite stakeholders, and ensure the high‑quality experience that Citco is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a client‑service programme that sets clear standards and delivers consistent, high‑quality service for key private‑equity clients.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior decision‑makers, visiting clients regularly to understand priorities and evaluate service quality.
• Participate in client calls, oversee reporting delivery, and act as the senior escalation point for complex issues.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities, contribute to business‑development pitches and presentations.
• Monitor service levels, profitability, and resourcing; address negative trends proactively.
• Establish and maintain a risk‑management framework, conduct quality‑control reviews, and provide monthly operational‑risk reporting.
• Lead a proactive response to regulatory and industry changes, driving relevant initiatives across Citco Fund Services.
• Manage, develop, and support team members to ensure high performance.
