About the role

We are seeking a Senior Total Rewards Partner to shape and advance our global rewards strategy. In this remote‑first position you will work closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to ensure compensation and rewards programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

  • Partner with executives, business stakeholders, and People teams to develop and evolve global Total Rewards strategies.
  • Design and communicate comprehensive compensation frameworks that support consistency, competitiveness, and scalability across markets.
  • Provide expert guidance on compensation philosophy, pay equity, job architecture, market positioning, and geographic compensation.
  • Integrate Total Rewards principles into broader talent initiatives and workforce planning.
  • Act as a trusted subject‑matter expert on cross‑functional projects involving finance, legal, operations, and leadership.
  • Lead education and enablement initiatives to strengthen organizational understanding of rewards programs.
  • Identify emerging trends, regulatory developments, and risks, implementing proactive solutions.
  • Leverage AI‑driven tools and advanced analytics to enhance compensation modeling and decision‑making.
  • Represent the Total Rewards function in leadership discussions and strategic forums.
  • Mentor People team members to build rewards expertise across the organization.

Required profile

  • Extensive experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, or related People functions within global organizations.
  • Proven success advising senior executives and influencing stakeholders on complex compensation matters.
  • Deep expertise in compensation strategy, pay equity, job architecture, rewards frameworks, and geographically distributed workforce models.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
