Coordinator Employer Branding

About the role

The Coordinator Employer Branding will lead Cargolux's employer branding strategy, shaping how the company is perceived by current and future talent. You will design and deliver innovative recruitment marketing initiatives, ensuring a compelling candidate experience across all digital touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously evolve the employer branding strategy for Cargolux.
• Design, launch and manage recruitment campaigns across career sites, social media, job boards and direct sourcing channels.
• Maintain and enhance the Cargolux careers website to provide an engaging candidate journey.
• Create and publish consistent, creative employer branding content on social platforms.
• Organise participation in job fairs, recruitment events and school visits to promote Cargolux as an employer of choice.
• Support recruitment activities, including screening, interviewing and candidate experience management.
• Analyse campaign performance, produce regular reports and provide data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing or a similar role.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Creative mindset with an enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling confidential data sensitively.
• Project‑management experience is a plus.
