Senior Tax Manager – Career Growth & Flexibility

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join a well‑established fiduciary in Mamer. The role offers strong career growth, a flexible working environment and the chance to work with an international client base across private equity, real estate and private debt funds.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diversified portfolio of investment funds, ensuring accurate and timely tax return preparation.
• Provide day‑to‑day tax support and practical advice to clients on complex structures and transactions.
• Review and validate tax assessments, and prepare or review VAT returns as required.
• Coordinate with tax lawyers, external advisors and service providers to guarantee smooth compliance processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Luxembourg‑based tax role, preferably within a fiduciary, PFS or Big Four environment.
• Fluent English; French is an advantage for interactions with local authorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to give clear feedback and work collaboratively.
