Senior Tax Associate

About the role

ATOZ is seeking a Senior Tax Associate to join its Luxembourg team, providing high‑end tax advisory services to national and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver tax advice for both national and international clients together with a motivated team.
• Discuss complex tax issues with the engagement team and client management, preparing practical technical solutions.
• Supervise a team of tax consultants and ensure knowledge sharing.
• Develop and maintain contacts with clients, Luxembourg tax authorities and other legal and financial experts.

Required profile

• At least a 4‑year degree in Law or Economics, preferably with a Master’s in Tax.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the tax department of an international advisory firm.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English; German is a plus.
• Extraordinary commitment to excellent service, self‑initiative and team spirit.

Required skills

• In‑depth understanding of complex tax concepts and international tax regulations.
• Ability to prepare technical tax solutions and supervise junior consultants.
