Investment Advisor – Italian Market (Luxembourg)

About the role

Join the UHNW Italy team in Luxembourg to lead investment dialogue with ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients, advising on portfolio strategy, asset allocation and long‑term objectives across a full wealth‑management platform.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate market strategy and investment insights to clients and investment committees during portfolio reviews and forums.
• Advise clients on holistic and tactical asset allocation, including Fixed Income, Equities, Alternatives and multi‑asset mandates.
• Execute investment solutions such as mutual funds, structured products, hedge funds, private equity, FX and brokerage transactions.
• Generate new business and support regional expansion through collaboration with private bankers, prospectors and senior management.
• Coordinate sales activities including RFPs, pitches, roadshows and proposals.

Required profile

• Significant experience advising UHNW clients in Italy with a proven track record of relationship management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal and analytical abilities.
• Tenacious, ambitious personality with a non‑commissioned compensation background or willingness to move to such a structure.

Required skills

• Strong computer skills.
• Understanding of asset allocation and multi‑asset class portfolio concepts.
