International Corporate Tax Associate – Alternative Investments

About the role

Join the International Corporate Tax team within Tax Product Services, supporting alternative investment clients such as private equity, real estate and hedge funds. You will work on cross‑border tax matters for structures investing in or through Luxembourg.

Key responsibilities

• Advise international clients on tax implications of fund and investment structures throughout their lifecycle, including acquisitions, reorganisations and new strategies.
• Assess Luxembourg tax rules, double tax treaties and international frameworks to support cross‑border investments.
• Analyse legislation and translate technical developments into practical recommendations.
• Collaborate with PwC specialists across jurisdictions and with Transfer Pricing, VAT and other disciplines to deliver integrated tax advice.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Tax Law, Business Law or Economics with additional tax education.
• First experience in taxation, legal advisory or a related field.
• Strong interest in international corporate taxation and alternative investment structures.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
