Vice President Private Banker – Ireland Market

About the role

This position is based in Luxembourg and focuses on acquiring and retaining high‑net‑worth clients across the Irish market. You will deliver comprehensive wealth‑management solutions, combining investment, banking, trust and financial‑planning expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business and acquire assets across Ireland.
• Advise clients on holistic balance‑sheet management, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit and banking needs.
• Travel to Ireland as required to develop relationships and support business development.
• Partner with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise.
• Ensure solutions meet short‑, medium‑ and long‑term client objectives while adhering to risk, regulatory and security policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with high‑net‑worth individuals, family businesses, entrepreneurs, corporate executives or family offices.
• Strong business‑development track record with networking, profiling and referral generation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a disciplined, organized approach.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of investments, banking and trust concepts, including asset allocation, structured and managed portfolios, brokerage accounts and basic trust/estate products.
• Experience in portfolio construction, tactical asset allocation shifts and wealth‑planning opportunities.
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification is a plus.
