Ice Cream Division Controller

About the role

Join Ferrero’s Ice Cream Division at a pivotal stage of growth and transformation. You will support financial planning, performance management and decision‑making across an internationally exposed business, working closely with senior leaders in Finance, Marketing, Operations and R&D.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate budget, forecast and strategic planning processes, consolidating assumptions, targets, risks and opportunities.
• Maintain alignment among stakeholders, ensuring consistent financial views and timely execution of critical processes.
• Interact regularly with senior stakeholders, challenge assumptions and translate complex financial data into clear business recommendations.
• Produce performance reports, variance analyses and business reviews to help leaders understand results and identify opportunities.
• Support business cases for innovation, investment and operational initiatives by structuring financial scenarios and challenging assumptions.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting or a related field.
• At least 10 years of controlling experience, preferably in an international environment.
• Comfortable operating in a high‑visibility setting and influencing senior decision‑makers.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong understanding of P&L topics and experience in commercial or industrial controlling.
