About the role

You will join PwC Luxembourg’s Talent Attraction & Acquisition team, partnering with business leaders and HR stakeholders to shape hiring strategies for experienced talent. The role combines strategic advisory with hands‑on recruitment, ensuring that hiring decisions align with business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute hiring strategies for experienced hires in collaboration with business leaders.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and assessment to offer negotiation—ensuring consistency and quality.
• Provide market insights and talent trends to influence hiring decisions and employer branding.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and emerging skill areas.
• Coordinate with Talent Attraction and Graduate TA teams to align priorities and communicate progress.
• Deliver a high‑quality candidate experience that reinforces PwC’s brand.
• Contribute to talent acquisition projects and continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, including experienced‑hire recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to act as a trusted advisor.
• High ethical standards and ability to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with sourcing tools and recruitment channels.
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, specifically Workday.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and dashboard creation.
