Senior Recruitment & Training Officer

About the role

We are a family‑owned Luxembourgish company operating in the fast‑moving consumer goods sector, focusing on tobacco, vaping, CBD and other nicotine products. As we expand across Europe and into new nicotine categories, we need a senior HR professional to lead recruitment, training and core HR administration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a wide range of positions, from sourcing to interview coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Maintain talent pipelines and support employer‑branding initiatives.
• Plan, organize and monitor the annual training calendar, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Track training budgets, attendance and effectiveness.
• Maintain employee data in HR systems, produce reports and ensure compliance.
• Act as a key user for HR‑related digital tools and support payroll and time‑management activities when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience with strong focus on recruitment, training & development, and administration.
• Proven ability to build trust with employees and managers.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• Fluent in French and German; English is a strong asset.

Required skills

• Strong experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Familiarity with time‑and‑attendance tools such as TIM or DSK.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
