Senior Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our UniQue Luxembourg team at Uni Systems. In this position you will partner with HR Business Partners and business unit managers to drive end‑to‑end recruitment for our banking and IT divisions, ensuring high‑quality candidate pipelines and smooth hiring processes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct needs analysis with HRBPs and managers, draft job postings and select distribution channels.
• Source, contact and present opportunities to targeted candidates; manage application flow.
• Screen applications, develop assessment tools (reference checks, technical tests, personality tests) and participate in interviews.
• Prepare meeting minutes, selection notes and compile shortlists for senior management.
• Maintain candidate dossiers, provide regular updates and advise managers until final hiring decisions are made.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in HR, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, with proven success in banking and IT sectors.
• Strong advisory capabilities, able to support managers with HR analysis and recommendations.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using HRIS and ATS platforms.
