Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the Value Chain by aligning initiatives with the strategic vision and proactively managing risks and issues. The role will act as a central coordinator, ensuring smooth communication and consistent ways of working across multiple project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and materials, and follow up on actions.
• Maintain decision and action logs, stakeholder lists, and project documentation.
• Support capacity and budget planning together with budget officers and the DTO PMO.
• Assist with resource planning and monitor budget utilisation.
• Manage demand by updating initiatives, maintaining the project catalogue and roadmap, and tracking progress.
• Prepare management reporting, review backlogs, and propose process and tool improvements.
• Publish updates on Teams, Smartsite, and the intranet, and train new members on processes and tools.
• Organise and support workshops, follow up on actions, and work with DTO facilitators to embed new models and ways of working.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience coordinating complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to elicit and document business requirements.
• Experience writing user stories and preparing/executing test cases.
• Strong communication skills and knowledge of business requirement modelling techniques.
