Product Manager - Technical, International Preferences

About the role

The International Preferences (IP) team delivers the customer experience for language and currency selection on Amazon retail stores and builds foundational components for storing and vending this data. As a Senior Product Manager‑Tech you will shape the roadmap and create a coherent experience across multiple applications, working with engineering, design, business intelligence and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end product roadmap and execution plan
• Define the long‑term strategy and vision for customers using LoP and CoP
• Work with technical and non‑technical stakeholders to understand and improve product capabilities
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback and usage metrics to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
• Build innovative concepts and champion them through senior management and cross‑functional teams
• Drive requirement definition and design
• Define and own the business metrics and KPIs for the products and services

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience delivering features and making product trade‑offs
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy
• Experience representing and advocating for critical customers and stakeholders at executive level
• Background in technical product management, program management or engineering
• Experience with end‑to‑end product delivery
