Senior Project Manager – ERP (3‑month contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the planning phase of a large‑scale HR transformation project in Luxembourg. The consultant will create a comprehensive project charter and define the scope, resources, timeline, and cost assumptions for the upcoming implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Review existing documentation, including previous SPARK implementation material and the current PeopleSoft HCM footprint.
• Develop an activity‑based approach for the planning phase, incorporating best‑practice methodologies.
• Identify and structure scope, required resources, timeline, and cost assumptions.
• Engage with HR and GIS stakeholders to validate expectations, constraints, and decision points.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of professional project‑management experience.
• At least 5 years managing large‑scale HR transformation or HRIS implementation projects.
• Proven experience delivering Oracle Cloud HCM projects.
• Recognised project‑management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, PM², Agile).
