Senior People Business Partner

About the role

Remote is looking for a Senior People Business Partner to join its global HR team. In this strategic position you will work directly with senior leaders, shaping talent strategy, driving performance, and ensuring high‑performing teams across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted strategic partner to senior leaders on org design, headcount, talent strategy and leadership effectiveness.
• Own and resolve complex employee‑relations cases, serving as an escalation point and liaison with Legal.
• Lead talent‑strategy execution: performance calibration, succession planning, high‑potential development and internal mobility.
• Use people data and talent insights to identify trends and drive proactive interventions.
• Partner with People Programs to design frameworks, toolkits and programmes for client groups.
• Drive cross‑functional People initiatives, allocating 20‑30% of time to high‑value projects.
• Coach and mentor fellow People team members, including Associate/People Business Partners.

Required profile

• Significant experience as a People Business Partner supporting a global organization at scale.
• Deep expertise in employee relations, including multi‑jurisdictional cases.
• Proven ability to execute talent strategy (performance management, succession planning, career development).
• Strong commercial acumen and data‑driven decision making.
