Senior Partner – Wealth Structuring (Luxembourg)

About the role

We are seeking a senior wealth structuring professional to join an independent advisory firm that serves ultra‑high‑net‑worth families. Based in Luxembourg, the Senior Partner will lead complex, multi‑generational wealth projects and help expand the firm’s regional presence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end wealth structuring assignments for UHNW families.
• Design strategic blueprints covering tax optimisation, governance, succession planning and intricate structures.
• Coordinate top‑tier advisors—including private bankers, lawyers, notaries and multi‑family offices—in a highly qualitative and independent environment.
• Develop and nurture a premium network of professional partners.
• Provide discreet, mature support on sensitive, multigenerational matters.

Required profile

• Strong credibility and established relationships with UHNW clients.
• Deep expertise in wealth structuring, taxation, governance and succession planning.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a long‑term regional presence.
• Exceptional listening and relationship‑management abilities.
• Existing premium local network of relevant professionals.
