Senior Marketing & Communication Officer

About the role

The Senior Marketing & Communication Officer will support the implementation of Arendt’s marketing and communication strategy, develop new projects, and work closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager, department director, partners and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing & external communication strategies across print, digital and events.
• Lead marketing campaigns for three industry groups (UCITS, Private Clients, Banking & Insurance) and support global corporate campaigns.
• Manage, implement and report on 360° marketing campaigns for hot topics.
• Produce content for articles, brochures, advertisements, newsletters, press releases, speeches, videos, podcasts, website and social media in coordination with technical and design teams.
• Oversee cross‑functional marketing projects and support press relations and international expansion.
• Provide crisis communications support to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Linguistics or related field, preferably from a prestigious business school.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the financial sector, law firm, Big 4 or financial organisation.
• Fluent in English; French is an advantage.
• Proactive, client‑driven, solution‑oriented, highly organized and a strong team player.
• Analytical, creative, detail‑oriented and passionate about marketing.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Basic HTML knowledge.
• Experience using Adobe Suite.
