Internal Communications & Events Adviser

About the role

The Internal Communications and Events Adviser drives internal communications and employee engagement for the Luxembourg office, providing strategic advice, stakeholder management, content development and event leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop and deliver internal communications including newsletters, leadership messages and firmwide announcements.
• Draft, edit and publish news items, intranet content, event recaps and other employee‑facing communications.
• Maintain local communication channels such as intranet pages and digital screens.
• Support external‑facing communications for Luxembourg, including social media content and event‑related materials.
• Lead the planning, organisation and delivery of internal events and employee engagement initiatives.
• Develop project plans, timelines and budgets, managing logistics, suppliers and venues.
• Collaborate with Corporate Communications team on firmwide projects, campaigns and initiatives.
• Monitor activities, report on performance and continuously improve processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor or master degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Corporate Communications or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in corporate/internal communications or employee engagement.
• Proven ability to advise senior stakeholders and translate business priorities into communication initiatives.
• Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills in English and French.
• Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities, able to handle multiple projects under pressure.
• Proactive, pragmatic and solutions‑oriented mindset with high attention to detail.
