Content Creator for French‑Speaking Markets

About the role

Salonkee is seeking a creative Content Creator to lead short‑form social media production for its French‑speaking markets (France, Luxembourg, Belgium & Switzerland). You will turn B2B topics into engaging reels, stories and posts that capture salon owners’ attention and drive both community engagement and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Own the social media content strategy and execution across organic, paid and event‑driven channels for French‑speaking markets.
• Manage the editorial calendar end‑to‑end: ideate concepts, write hooks and scripts, organise and execute phone‑first shoots, edit, caption and publish.
• Translate complex product features into memorable short‑form videos that resonate with salon owners.
• Appear on‑camera when required, speaking fluently in French and directing others as needed.
• Coordinate with influencer ambassadors and ensure content aligns with the overall strategy.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience creating social content for a brand, agency, creator business or personal account.
• Fluent French (spoken and written) and fluent English for internal collaboration.
• Comfortable appearing on‑camera and directing non‑actors.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for shoots and events.

Required skills

• Proficiency with video‑editing tools such as CapCut, DaVinci Resolve (or similar).
• Experience using AI tools to improve content efficiency and quality.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn trends and algorithms.
