Marketing Assistant Traineeship

About the role

Join Resultance as a Marketing Assistant Intern and work directly with the Marketing Director. You will support a variety of marketing initiatives, gaining hands‑on experience in brand strategy, digital marketing, social media, lead generation and data analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation of multi‑channel marketing campaigns, including social media, online content and events.
• Create engaging internal and external communications such as blog articles, newsletters and presentation materials.
• Manage social media platforms by planning posts, monitoring engagement and providing performance analysis.
• Assist with market research, competitive analysis and identification of growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop tools and resources that support lead generation and conversion.
• Maintain customer databases for targeted marketing campaigns and support event logistics.

Required profile

• Master’s student (year 1 or 2) in marketing, motivated and flexible.
• Fluent in French (oral and written) with good English proficiency; German or Luxembourgish is a plus.
• Demonstrated autonomy, rigor, creativity, team spirit and a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Interest in event organization and willingness to provide operational support.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva for design creation.
• Strong Excel skills for data handling and reporting.
• Competent use of PowerPoint to produce clear presentations.
