Marketing Assistant Internship

About the role

Join Resultance as a Marketing Assistant Intern and work directly with the Marketing Director. You will gain hands‑on experience across brand strategy, digital marketing, social media, lead generation and data analysis while supporting real campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation of multi‑channel marketing campaigns, including social media, online content and events.
• Create engaging internal and external communications such as blog articles, newsletters and presentation materials.
• Manage social media platforms: plan posts, monitor engagement and provide performance analysis.
• Assist with market research, competitive analysis and identification of growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales to develop tools and resources for lead generation and conversion.
• Maintain customer databases for targeted marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Master 1 or 2 student in Marketing, available for at least 6 months (alternance preferred).
• Fluent in French (written and spoken) and proficient in English; German or Luxembourgish is a plus.
• Motivated, autonomous, rigorous, creative and team‑oriented.
• Interest in event organization and willingness to provide operational support.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva for graphic creation.
• Advanced use of Excel for data handling.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for clear presentations.
