Senior Litigation Lawyer – Commercial Disputes

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Lawyer to join a leading independent law firm in Luxembourg. The role focuses on complex commercial disputes, offering the chance to work closely with senior partners and manage high‑profile cases in an entrepreneurial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage commercial and civil litigation matters from initial assessment through final resolution.
• Advise clients on contractual, commercial and business‑related disputes.
• Assist with real estate, construction and lease litigation as required.
• Handle enforcement actions, recovery proceedings and insolvency‑related disputes.
• Draft procedural documents, legal opinions, submissions and court pleadings.
• Represent clients before Luxembourg courts and coordinate litigation strategy.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer admitted to practice in Luxembourg.
• 4–6 years of litigation and dispute‑resolution experience in a recognized law firm.
• Proven ability to handle commercial litigation matters with increasing autonomy.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken); knowledge of Luxembourgish or German is a plus.
