Senior Legal Officer

About the role

Our client in Luxembourg is looking for an experienced Senior Legal Officer to join the Legal Department on a short‑term contractual basis. The role starts immediately and lasts 3–4 months, with the possibility of extension. You will work in an international environment, focusing on commercial contracting and client agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiate client agreements and general terms & conditions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on contractual matters.
• Support the implementation and management of Master Services Agreements (MSAs).
• Ensure compliance with applicable contract laws and regulations.
• Provide practical legal guidance on commercial and contractual risks.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant legal experience in commercial contracts or client contracting.
• Strong knowledge of Luxembourg contract law; knowledge of French and/or Belgian law is a strong advantage.
• Proven experience negotiating agreements with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent English required.
