Senior IT Recruitment Consultant (360°) – Permanent Placement

About the role

Cyberr, the world’s #1 cybersecurity professional networking platform, is expanding its Luxembourg recruitment hub. We are looking for a senior IT Recruitment Consultant to own the full 360° cycle for permanent placements, matching top tech talent with leading banks, fintechs, consultancies and scale‑ups.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for permanent IT roles, from business development to offer negotiation.
• Build and nurture a portfolio of IT clients across Luxembourg’s finance, consulting and technology ecosystem.
• Source senior developers, architects, project managers and IT leaders using advanced sourcing tools and Cyberr’s platform.
• Negotiate contracts and close candidates, turning shortlists into signed hires.
• Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, providing market insights and guidance.
• Achieve and exceed placement targets while collaborating with a high‑energy team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT recruitment, preferably agency‑side with a 360° permanent placement background.
• Hunter mentality – strong business development and placement drive.
• Solid understanding of the Luxembourg IT/tech market or an established network.
• Fluent English; additional French, German or Luxembourgish is a strong plus.
• Resilient, charismatic and competitive, with a desire to be recognized as the best.
