About the role
Ayvens is seeking a Senior Internal Mobility Consultant and Account Manager to lead a portfolio of private and SME customers. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients from initial needs analysis through offer presentation, negotiation, and contract renewal, while ensuring high satisfaction and profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of private and SME customers as the primary commercial contact.
- Conduct full‑cycle sales activities: needs analysis, consulting, offer preparation, negotiation, and renewals.
- Develop long‑term, trust‑based relationships by delivering tailored mobility solutions.
- Drive portfolio performance through upselling, cross‑selling and selective new‑business opportunities.
- Process qualified new‑business leads in line with portfolio strategy.
- Maintain autonomy and accountability for risk management, margin control and policy compliance.
- Provide proactive, high‑quality service and timely customer follow‑up.
- Collaborate closely with sales administration and internal stakeholders.
- Share market insights and best practices to support team and business objectives.
Required profile
- Master’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in sales or account management.
- Proven experience managing private and/or SME customer portfolios.
- Fluent in French and English; German and Luxembourgish are strong assets.
- Strong customer focus with a commitment to service quality.
- Comfortable working in a changing environment and open to innovation.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Solution‑oriented, resilient and reliable.
