About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join a global professional services organisation operating in Luxembourg. The role combines strategic partnership with senior business leaders and hands‑on delivery across the full employee lifecycle, while also contributing to regional and global HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to design and execute people strategies that support business objectives.
• Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and organisational matters.
• Support workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning activities.
• Coach and develop managers to improve leadership capability and employee engagement.
• Drive organisational change, transformation, and business growth projects.
• Analyse people data to inform decisions and identify trends.
• Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and internal policies.
• Contribute to regional and global HR projects, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a complex, matrixed or international environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to build credibility and influence senior stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to align people strategy to business goals.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
• Experience working across multiple locations or international teams is a plus.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
