Senior Fund Accountant – Hybrid (Pasig City)

About the role

The Senior Accountant, Fund Accounting will lead quality assurance for fund accounting deliverables across the EMEA region. Working in a hybrid setup, you will ensure that financial statements, NAV calculations and client reports meet the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Review financial statements, NAV calculations and client deliverables for accuracy.
• Apply IFRS/GAAP and other regulatory requirements to fund accounting processes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of client‑specific accounting requirements.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to established procedures.
• Provide technical guidance to preparers and act as a subject‑matter resource.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration; CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of overall experience, with at least 3 years in fund accounting, financial reporting or audit.
• Proven expertise reviewing financial statements, NAV calculations, capital calls and distributions.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and regulatory compliance.
• Advanced analytical and problem‑solving abilities, high attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate results under pressure.
