Senior Fraud Data Analyst – Luxembourg

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Fraud Data Analyst to join our Luxembourg office and protect millions of digital payment transactions in real time. You will lead the design and deployment of our real‑time decisioning engine, turning fraud patterns into actionable rules and collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and maintain real‑time decisioning logic that combines ML scores with velocity features for millisecond decisions.
• Develop high‑performance fraud rules, balancing false‑positive rates against gross fraud loss.
• Investigate emerging fraud schemes and create end‑to‑end mitigation strategies.
• Partner with product and engineering to define analytical requirements for new features and third‑party data signals.
• Calibrate machine‑learning models and heuristic rules in collaboration with data‑science teams.

Required profile

• At least 6 years of experience in risk, payments or credit domains.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and strategy development.
• Solid understanding of payment fraud dynamics and real‑time decisioning environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
