Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a strategic Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to lead finance transformation, support business units and deliver executive‑level reporting for our client in Luxembourg. The role combines deep accounting expertise with a passion for digitalisation and AI‑driven finance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage monthly closings in line with Luxembourg GAAP.
• Prepare and ensure the accuracy of financial reports for management and the parent company.
• Analyze financial performance and provide clear commentary on variances and key performance indicators.
• Drive digitalisation and continuous improvement of accounting processes.
• Implement and optimise modern finance tools within the ERP landscape.
• Support the integration of AI‑driven solutions in finance.
• Contribute to forecasting, budgeting and cost analysis.
• Develop insightful management reports and interactive dashboards.
• Serve as an interface between accounting, management and group functions.
• Participate in strategic projects to evolve the finance organisation.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in accounting, audit or finance.
• Strong knowledge of monthly closing processes and group reporting.
• Interest in digitalisation, automation and AI in finance.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems and modern reporting tools.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to process improvement.
• Structured, independent and solution‑oriented working style.
• Fluency in English mandatory; German or French an advantage.
