Senior Finance Manager – Luxembourg

About the role

Riverty is looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join its new banking business activities in Luxembourg. Based in the RTL City office, you will help shape the finance function of a fast‑growing FinTech within the Bertelsmann group, working in a hybrid environment with flexible conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Regulatory compliance & monitoring – track regulatory changes, assess impact and ensure processes remain compliant.
• Stakeholder management – act as the main contact for regulators, auditors, merchants and internal departments.
• Reporting & oversight – support monthly closing, required reporting, audits and disclosure obligations.
• Product/service development – drive finance integration for new product launches.
• Outsourcing management – oversee finance‑related outsourcing activities.
• Board and shareholder meetings – organise meetings, committees and prepare minutes.
• Operational finance support – assist payment processes, capital planning and other FP&A tasks.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in business administration, economics, finance or a related field.
• Several years of finance experience in regulated companies.
• Strong independent working style with analytical thinking and solid business understanding.
• Proven project‑management experience, delivering projects on scope, timeline and budget.
• Experience in the payment services industry is a plus.
• Fluent in English and German.
