Senior Dispute Resolution Lawyer (Luxembourg)

About the role

Luther, a leading business law firm, is expanding its Litigation department in Luxembourg and seeks a Senior Dispute Resolution Lawyer. You will work with a multinational client base, handling complex corporate, commercial and civil disputes across borders.

Key responsibilities

• Advise local and international clients on pre‑litigation and litigation matters.
• Coordinate daily interactions between clients, opposing counsel and service providers.
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of dispute‑related documents.
• Conduct legal research on diverse issues.
• Collaborate with cross‑practice teams and offices in other jurisdictions.
• Contribute to business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum six years of experience as a Dispute Resolution/Litigation lawyer in Luxembourg.
• Master’s degree in Law and admission to the Luxembourg Bar or another European Bar.
• Fluent written and spoken English and French; German is a plus.
• Proactive, dynamic, team‑oriented with strong communication abilities.
