Senior Cybersecurity Consultant

About the role

Sia is seeking a dynamic Senior Consultant to lead cybersecurity initiatives for our global clients. You will work on a variety of projects, from cyber risk assessments to the design and implementation of resilient security architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, manage, monitor and improve security measures for data, applications, systems and network infrastructures.
• Advise clients on technical choices, including architecture, dimensioning, proof‑of‑concepts, integration and system hardening.
• Respond to security incidents, conduct reverse engineering, root‑cause analysis and produce remediation plans.
• Prepare security documentation such as Architecture Files, Justification Files, Security Plans and Interconnection Policies.
• Contribute to internal service development, business development and commercial initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, statistics, econometrics or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in a consultancy environment with a focus on cybersecurity projects.
• Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously.

Required skills

• Programming languages: Python, C++, Java, Ruby, Node, Go, PowerShell.
• Networking: IP networks, firewalls, VPNs.
• Operating systems: Unix/Linux, Windows, macOS.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Application layers: web servers, databases, middleware.
• Cryptography and security protocols; knowledge of blockchain is a plus.
