Senior Consultant – Risk & Regulatory (Financial Services)

About the role

Sia is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead transformation projects focused on Risk & Regulatory matters for financial‑services clients. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to improve client processes, enhance risk management, and support strategic objectives such as revenue growth and cost reduction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct complex analyses of client risk and regulatory frameworks and develop actionable solutions.
• Design, adapt, and implement methodological concepts and tools within client organisations.
• Identify commercial opportunities related to your expertise and collaborate with the team to pursue them.
• Guide junior consultants, ensure delivery quality, and support their professional development.
• Deliver internal and external training sessions to share knowledge and best practices.

Required profile

• Master’s degree with at least 4 years of consulting experience in the financial‑services sector, specifically in Risk & Regulatory.
• Fluent in French and English; Luxembourgish is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset, capable of identifying problems, trends, and delivering complex solutions.
• Entrepreneurial attitude with a keen interest in data and AI topics.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
