Senior Consultant Financial Services - Risk & Regulatory

About the role

As a Senior Consultant at Sia, you will lead transformation projects focused on Risk & Regulatory matters for financial services clients. You will work to improve client operations, enhance risk management, and drive strategic outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end transformation projects in the Risk & Regulatory domain.
• Perform complex analyses, identify critical issues, and develop actionable solutions.
• Manage and apply methodological concepts and tools within client organisations.
• Identify and develop commercial opportunities related to your expertise.
• Guide and mentor junior consultants, ensuring delivery quality and supporting their development.
• Provide internal and external training to share knowledge and best practices.

Required profile

• Master’s degree.
• Minimum 4 years of consulting experience in financial services risk & regulatory.
• Fluent in French and English; Luxembourgish is a plus.
• Deep understanding of financial products, trends, and processes at strategic and operational levels.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Team‑oriented yet capable of independent work.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in data and AI topics.
