Senior Consultant – Financial Services

About the role

Sia is seeking a dynamic Senior Consultant to join its Financial Services practice. You will work on transformation projects for leading clients, applying data‑driven insights to shape strategy and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute project assignments such as intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarking, and process mapping.
• Conduct people interviews, facilitate workshops, and produce functional specifications.
• Lead project teams, coach junior consultants and new hires.
• Contribute to knowledge creation through workshops, publications and seminars across industry units.

Required profile

• University Master’s degree in Finance, Business Engineering, Civil Engineering, Applied Economics, Management or related field.
• 3–6 years of consulting experience, preferably in Financial Services.
• Strong analytical mindset, autonomous, result‑oriented and rigorous.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team attitude.
• Fluency in French and English; Luxembourgish is a plus.
• Willingness to undertake temporary assignments abroad (e.g., France, Belgium).
