Senior Consultant – Digitalisation, Marketing & Data

About the role

Sia is seeking a bright and dynamic Senior Consultant to join its global management consulting team. The role focuses on delivering results in areas such as digitalisation, marketing & customer experience, operational excellence, pricing & revenue management, or procurement & sourcing for retail and service clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategic positioning, new business orientation and organisational redesign projects.
• Lead business re‑engineering and operational‑excellence initiatives.
• Contribute to the development and reinforcement of Sia’s service offering by interpreting market innovations and challenges.
• Participate in business‑development activities, including need definition and commercial initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in applied economics, engineering, computer science, statistics or econometrics.
• 3–6 years of experience within a consultancy firm.
• Strong analytical mindset, autonomous and result‑oriented.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Strong interest in data and AI‑related topics.
