Senior Consultant - Asset & Wealth Management Consulting

About the role

Based in Luxembourg, the Senior Consultant will work on consulting engagements for leading asset managers, private banks and investor service providers. The role involves delivering strategy, M&A integration, operating model reviews and digital transformation projects across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute asset and wealth management strategies for clients.
• Lead M&A integration and operating model redesign initiatives.
• Conduct digital transformation and operational benchmarking.
• Support change management and organisational evolution.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of consulting or project experience within a leading financial institution or consultancy.
• Experience with blue‑chip asset or wealth managers and target operating model projects.
• Strong communication, presentation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in English (C1+) and French or German (C1+), and eligibility to work in Luxembourg.
• Willingness to travel across Europe.
